Why do air bubbles appear in injection molded products?
There are two main reasons for bubbles to appear in injection molding:
Bubbles due to the presence of humidity
Reason: The plastic fabric is not really dry,Injection Industry，resulting in hydrolysis of the plastic fabric.
Method: fully pre-dry, and observe the heating preservation control of the hopper.
vacuum bubble
Reason: The cloth flow on the dense wall surface freezes quickly to prevent shrinkage, which is not satisfactory in mildew, resulting in adjacent vacuum bubbles inside the injection molded product.
Method: Avoid developing structures with different wall thicknesses of plastic products. Proper door position to allow flow of material vertically into thick-walled components. Increase the temperature of the injection mold. Reduce barrel temperature. Improve hitting strain and hold pressure.
